Digital Room Service is a digital guest services and hotel operations platform that brings together Room QR ordering, guest service requests, staff coordination and one operational Command Center. Guests scan the Room QR to order in-room dining or request housekeeping, towels, laundry, maintenance or luggage help in their browser, with no app download and no mandatory account. Each request keeps its room context: managers assign staff, follow progress and see exceptions, the kitchen works from a KDS, and billing supports charge to room. Staff use a browser workspace through the hotel's Staff Access QR and a secure PIN, with QR attendance and task updates. AI Autopilot can offer eligible tasks to checked-in staff by workload and deadline, while Manual Mode stays available. Signature, Elite and Grand include all standard features.
