Acceptance

By using Shuhub you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and everything done through it. One account per person; we may suspend any account that violates these terms.

Submitting products

When you submit a product, you must own it or be authorized to submit it. All submissions are reviewed, and we may reject or remove them at our discretion.

By submitting, you grant Shuhub a non-exclusive license to display the product's name, logo, screenshots, and description on the platform, in the Shuhub Letter, and on our social channels.

Rules of use

No vote manipulation: no fake accounts and no bought votes.

No spam or out-of-place promotional content.

No harassment or abuse in comments.

No illegal content.

No large-scale automated scraping without permission.

Content and ownership

Makers keep ownership of their product content. Shuhub's brand, design, and vocabulary (Shuhub, spark, Meteor of the Day) belong to Shuhub.

Disclaimer

Products listed on the platform belong to third parties; we do not endorse or guarantee them. The service is provided "as is".

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

We may remove violating content or terminate violating accounts. You may stop using the service at any time and request that your account be deleted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and Jordanian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
